Richard’s founding of Agile Process Integration, LLC (dba CMMI Tools) in 2019 and eventual release of CMMI Tools was the culmination of 25 years of project management experience, 11 years of CMMI-related experience and assessments, and five years of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement experience at a large organization.
